One constant in life: change.
My team and I have spent the past 15 years dedicating our work to activating change within organizations ranging from public companies of 300,000 employees to non-profits with a staff of 10.
Our choice to position The Involvement Practice as a change activation firm was intentional. We have long-believed that lasting change happens when employees are involved in it – when they have a chance to make it happen, rather than have it happen to them.
Our three-step activation methodology is simple, but the work in anything but. What has made this work so gratifying is seeing the spark return to the eyes of employees – for employees to know they matter and to feel a renewed sense of purpose.
And now it’s our turn to experience change.
I’m thrilled to announce that we have moved the work we love to a new home. As of February 2022, The Involvement Practice is part of the experience agency, Urban Emu. I have assumed the role of Chief Experience Officer in which I continue to lead the work of The Involvement Practice in addition to supporting the growth of the amazing Urban Emu culture, as well as the work cultures of our clients.
To our many client partners over the years – my sincere thanks for your trust and partnership. We’ll continue to be here for you, now with expanded services. To the client partners we have yet to meet, we can’t wait to get you involved.
You’ve likely heard me say, change happens as a result of a pain point or an opportunity. This change for us is a joy-filled opportunity.
As always, thanks for being involved today.
