Creating a new product experience for a truly unique youth sports platform

iSport360 is a youth sports platform that fosters positive athletic culture by standardizing coach evaluations and encouraging communication among coaches, players, parents, and administrators. Ahead of the 2020 fall season, Urban Emu redesigned the product and website to simplify a complex, fragmented user experience that had grown confusing and buried key features. Working within a tight timeline, we revamped the information architecture, refreshed the visual design, and introduced engagement-focused prompts and an improved onboarding flow to boost user activation and conversion.
