To truly re-imagine USDA’s consumer-facing website, Urban Emu had to overhaul the design, boost engagement, expand features, improve use-case coverage and redesign the information architecture for intuitive site navigation. The latter was especially challenging, given a hefty USDA content catalog on healthy eating. Urban Emu was also tasked with maximizing site accessibility and ensuring 508 compliance throughout.
