Culture change is hard. The Involvement Practice was built on the belief that there is a better way to ignite culture change. The firm diagnoses and improves culture through employee involvement and immersive experiences.

The Involvement Practice engaged Urban Emu to refresh its 8-year-old brand, brand positioning and visual storytelling on its website. Urban Emu designed a new visual identity system and injected the site with full-bleed imagery to capture the sense of immersion that participants would experience in a session facilitated by the firm.
