Tom DeLorme brings more than 20 years of digital communications, marketing and management experience, having produced award-winning digital solutions for clients in the B2C, B2B, health and social marketing and public affairs sectors. Tom has directed numerous online projects with budgets exceeding $1 million and has led teams ranging in size from six to 25 individuals.
He has an established record as a senior leader, account manager and client service director, overseeing the development and execution of client engagements and detailed project plans that include scope and requirements definition, user experience design, information architecture, messaging and content strategy and development, social engagement programming, interface and visual design, programming and development, usability testing, quality assurance, testing, deployment and promotion.
Prior to joining Urban Emu, Tom led technical production for the North America and D.C. Digital Team at Ketchum — overseeing strategy, creative, production, video and paid teams, with annual revenue of more than $8 million. Previously, Tom was the Chief Operating Officer at agencyQ. Tom also served as the Executive Producer and Information Architect at BrowserMedia and as the Executive Producer at Ogilvy where he was responsible for digital production for what is now social@Ogilvy.
